Holy Sh!zzle!!!! That looks unreal. I had a training partner with amazing knees and I'd drop myself onto the knees with my pad and he'd knck me upright to my feet but that looked like a big guy Shaq was lifting off the ground. I was trying to see if the guy was jumping for effect but when he grabbed the back of his neck he was still getting lifted off the ground. I wanna see what else Shaq can do!
