Now, I just watched Dr. Sick's video on the cross overhook guard (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LtNma14j9qI) and I was wondering, what are some different setups to obtaining the cross overhook in a grappling match as opposed to an MMA one?
Thanks.
EDIT: I've also found the bicep control and can opener options. =]

I have found it off of the old fore arm to the throat that inexperienced submission wrestlers often use.

You can also catch it from a basic arm drag from the guard OR you can set up a fake arm bar to get your hips to one side then move the arm that you are using to hold their elbow/wrist (the crossed arm) over to obtain the cross overhook. I hope that makes sense.
