Hey Dr.Sick, Is there a video demonstrating the Arm in guillotine? I had a look but I didn't see it. I was speaking to a friend and he said that was a technique he wanted to learn. Then I relised I really didn't know how to execute it myself.

The key is to put his forehead on the mat. That's the real trick IMHO.
