Thanks for posting that JMall. I love Freddie Roach, It's interesting to hear about all those things from his perspective. I believe Arlovski improved greatly after training with Roach. His boxing was fantastic against fedor until he tried the flying knee. The Brett Rogers fight I think he was just caught cold which could happen to anyone. Great interview!
