Kiser and I are curious to know what your favorite Damage Control MMA series has been so far and why.
I've really been enjoying the doing the solo series to be honest but my personal favorite is the Submission Staging Site Series… well maybe. I also really like the Anatomy of the Triangle and the Out of Position Kimura Series.

OfflineThe anatomy of the leg kick, liver shot and triangle were the main reason I was attracted to DCMMA initially because they were so different from anything else on the web. But the out of position kimura series really got me excited too. Definitly my two favourites. I'd love to see more of 'an anatomy of' series like anatomy of a KO or something. So awesome!!

OfflineMy favorites are the solo drills series and the elusive head series. In my current situation of not always having training partners these drills have been invaluable to work on technique and form.
Overall the whole structure of the website has helped me. I plan my up coming week's of training based on the layout of the basics and make sure to cover those techniques in my training. The mount escape series is 100% bad a**. I always add in a few intermediate techniques to drill near the end of the week.
