So..I tore my pecs tendons..and also fractured the cartilage between my chest..that sertum or whatever it is called, so…yeah..no fighting..resting for about 2-3 weeks with no training…but the thing is..i went through diets, i slept early and woke up early training, i paid sooo much effort training and caring about that fight..then that happens..i don't know if that happens much but…i think i don't feel like doing that all over again than get injured..i don't know..you tell me guys, should i keep going on and focus on the next fight or championship..or just sit and stop doing all that?

Awe dude I'm sorry! That sounds extremely painful!! What where you doing? Iron Cross? As for my advice to you, that is all depended on you!  I say jump back on that proverbial horse, don't worry to much about fighting or not fighting. Don't get discouraged, because yes you didn't get to fight, but it was by far not all for nothing! Training that hard is great for you, mentally, emotionally, and physically.  The goal is just a little farther out now!  Just ride the current a little. Sometimes you get hurt! Its a hazard. But by all means don't give up! Sometimes I find it best not to focus on anything but self-improvement, not to worry about other stuff but just a constant goal of self-improvement. While I haven't had a fight yet, I know that I'll be ready if one comes up.  But comp is up to you. Just make sure your fully healed before jumping on the training again.

Well..i was defending an arm throw, yeah, when i wrote the thread i was disappointed, but now i know it is ok and i will continue training even harder to prove i didn't withdraw because of my cowardness but because i couldn't fight! I am also going to post soon in the strength and conditioning area my after rehab striking plans of training, i am going to start from the 0 but i will finish at 20 (means i will go advanced with my techniques) I have ideas in mind, there is noway i am losing my next fight whenever it is, even if my next fight is the world kickboxing one, i wont lose it! Thanks for the advice by the way!
