I am loving the old school dame.  Can't help myself.  Size 8 pump to the snot box… Double Wrist Lock to Knee, and Tomoe Nage to double Bitch Slap.  It just doesn't get much better than this.

Holy crap, that was awesome indeed! What's the bets gene lebell or Karl gotch choreographed that? Amazing. The gun defence at 2.30 was so slick. Brilliant movement. Thanks for sharing Dr.Sick!

What I find amazing is when Royce Gracie won the first few UFC tournaments so many people said that it was because people didn't know submissions. At the time I was training in Judo and as a young boy even I knew submissions. This proves that they were well known outside of Brazil and Japan. Such an ignorant statement to make yet so widely used.

My fav is at the 1:11 mark, against the low bear hug. She does a double palm slap to the kidneys, a palm heel smear and finishes with a kick between the goal posts. Al while wearing high heels.

I am gonna change my workout attire after watching this.
