OfflineI second that notion. Shadowboxing and grappling could prove more effective with alternative purposes or goals in mind.
I would like to suggest more technique involving the blending of all the arts. Perhaps certain "mma" sequences to get the ideas flowing so we may uncover what to do, and equally as important what not to do when blending everything.
Maraming Salamat.
The members have spoken. With two members making the same request, we will be sure to put it at the top of the list. If you are following the Elusive Head Series in the Online Classroom right now, there are a number of solo/shadow boxing applications from the techniques and videos shared thus far.
Kiser and I will however take some time to organize a series of videos for shadow boxing/grappling and solo drilling.
Thank you for your input.
KEEP IT COMING… WE LOVE IT!
Kiser and I just wrapped up shooting for this series… solo techniques, shadowboxing and wall drills. After organizing our notes for a few weeks, we shot from 8:00 pm to 12:00 am tonight. I think it turned out really well. We've got to dump it now, edit it, upload it and build pages. Hopefully, we'll have the first video up by weeks end.
Thanks again for the feedback, we love to serve our members!
