I was curious what video editing software do you use?

And do you have any recommendations for soundbites to add to videos.

I have been playing with adobe premier elements 4.0. But no sounds are included and the templates are pretty cheesy at best.

I have found some open source sounds but they are few and far between.

I don't ever expect to have videos of your caliber but I would like to be able to dress some up a little better.

We use Final Cut Pro and iLife Sounds and Detroit Chop Shop for sounds.
