Do any of you guys out there ever get bone bruises on your shins from training? Do you ever have problems with your shin guards not fitting right, moving, sliding off, or just not protecting you enough? I think I've found a solution and filmed a potential clip for DCMMA but I don't want to cut it if I'm the only sissy out there.

OfflineI always suffered with the "painful bumps" on my shins, but not so much now due to a lack of sparring partners. I still have my old Tigerclaw brand shin guards that fit and are very durable.
Please post the video any information is good information.
Your post got my creative juices spinning. Would you are anyone else be interested in a small article about skin care for grapplers ? Through the years I have had some minor skin irritations but luckily nothing serious. Grappling mats can be a germ haven.
