OfflineI have been taking 2 protein bars everyday for 2-3 weeks now, I have noticed difference in muscles, I am kinda bulker now, But question is!…Protein Shake VS Protein Bars, which got more cons and pros? Which help the muscles more? Which can i take in my age (15)? I take total of 100-120 protein grams per day (Tuna,Eggs,Chicken/Beef, Protein Bars, Milk)

OfflineProtein powder, less sugar, less saturated fat, and usually a better deal. Also remember that these are intended as a supplement. The majority of your protein should come from meat, fish, and eggs. The leaner the better.
Here is what I have used with good results.

OfflineAdham, as a supplement what not do both. Notice the key word as pointed out above "supplement". At 15 your body is going through crazy changes and growing. I would focus on "eating clean" and good wholesome foods. That's your muscle builders along with sleep. You will hear "experts" telling you to drink this and eat that but remember they are pushing the latest nitro- glo muscle whammyfier. Look back at the old strong men, I'm talking about way back. These guys worked for a living and ATE food. At your age enjoy the fun stuff tho. So there you have it the bars and shakes are supplements, eat good food, sleep and enjoy being a your youth.

OfflineAlso bro, let me tell you that I'm guessing your around 137-145, people that size (I'm one of them) depending on their build. But if I remember the video you posted you your sparring match, your a slim build, probably round 5'10-5'11 right? Bulking to much and doing to much heavy weight makes you loose your key advantage, which is speed! You need to do some heavy weights, but I find that body weight and resistance bands make me faster. Make sure your doing LOTS of pushups, pullups, and resistance this week, it really makes a difference. As for everyone else's opinion, I agree a healthy diet is the BEST thing for you. To be honest the leanest athletes use all natural stuff, creatine and extra protein poweders don't do much for you and in alot of instances may be bad for you. Let me share my two biggest diet tips that I'v discovered and made the most gains with while using them. 1. CUT YOUR SODIUM! A low sodium diet will make you leaner, and make you feel healthier, reduce water retention (which really just slows you down, its dead weight) AND reduce your chance of high blood pressure and heart disease by 25-30% according to some studies! If you look at anything on a label, look at sodium content, I like to keep every thing I eat under 150 mg of sodium. and 2. HIGH fiber content, get good amounts of dietary fiber and it will keep your system purged of toxins that will decrease your energy level, performance and ultimately everything.
Beyond that I'v been using this thing I read about in a Native American Medicine book, where you heat up your body (sweat lodge) or in modern sense a sauna or hot tub. Then go and rapidly cool yourself off in a very cold shower, I know it sounds un-pleasant but honestly only the initial shock of the cold water sucks. Supposedly, the high temperature of a fever kills alot of bacteria and whatnot, and then the rapid cooling of your body to a few degrees below normal helps kill some more. I'm not sure if I can vouch for the science I'm not expert, but since doing it I feel amazing and I haven't gotten sick since then so definitely try it!

OfflineActually, as much speed as i have, i still i admire strength more! but anyways, i am planning to be in heavyweight division since i am still growing taller so lets say i might reach 6'3 or 6'4 or even 6'2 and that would be great in heavyweight, but yeah, i am going to follow your idea for this match since i wont get 6'4 in 7 days, i already do the hot thingy then cold shower, haven't got sick either! i have been focusing on body weight stuff for 3 weeks now, i do around 500 push ups (30 wide, 30 spider, 20 clap, etc) with 30 sec rest between each type, i also do a lot of different other plyometrics for speed, and lots and lots of work on sandbag that focus on speed, and by the way, you measured it right, i am 5'10 and 143 pound, but that old sparring video was 5'8 and 155 pound, i am much more muscular and taller now. i drink lots of water though..keeping it low will be hard for me, thank you for your advice!
