Manny Pacquiao agrees to undergo blood tests, but Floyd
Mayweather has new stipulations:

Pacquiao agreed to have it done 24 days before the fight, but
Mayweather insisted on 14. The other day, however, the Filipino
superstar agreed to do it 14 days or even closer, but not on the day of
the fight itself.

"I gave him (Pacquiao) a chance, up to 14 days out. But my new terms
are all the way up to the fight. They can come get us whenever, all the
way up to the fight, random drug test. That’s what it is," Mayweather
was quoted as saying.

Now, unless Mayweather changes his mind, the fight is not likely to
happen because Pacquiao said a couple of days ago that he’s willing to
undergo blood tests as long as they’re not done so close to the fight.

"Huwag lang sa day ng fight (Just not on the day of the fight),"
Pacquiao said.

When Mayweather fought Shane Mosley last May 1, the last ounce of
blood (testing) from both fighters were drawn 18 and 19 days before the
fight.

Geez! what needs to get done to get this fight going? I'm not too aware of blood testing procedures but Mayweather seems to be playing mind games with pac man. If Pacman agrees to the further stipulation then it seems like Mayweather will likely put another unreasonable stipulation in place. I just wish they would fight!

Well to me it seems that since Pacman is having such  trouble with agreeing to blood test, it seems that he's worried about failing. Using supplements and substances might be more widely known and accepted in the higher ups or bigger cities, but where I come from, rules are rules and using things that are against the rules is either because its for your own safety or in the spirit of competition so one side don't get loaded up and make it unfair because they are more of a mutant that human from so many chemicals. God didn't give you a body to pump full of anabolic and synthetic chemicals and substances.
