OMG, Ernesto Hoost is giving a seminar here!

I can't wait, I feel like a giddy child on christmas morning. But yeah, Ernesto Hoost will be in the DC area, giving a seminar for 2 days at Yamisaki's places. I am just siked. Dude is a living legend and in my eyes, one of the best big strikers in the world (behind Rob Kaman, and maybe one day Badr Hari). And it's only $50 a day or $85 for both days!!!

You dog! That's awesome. Ernesto is one of my favorite K-1 Fighters. We even practice a combination we've named after him. The Ernesto (Jab + Cross + Hook + Right Kick).

Ask him to teach you his victory dance. :)

That is one of my favorite combos too, though I will use the hook more as a push to get them falling into the kick even more. And I may ask about his victory dance! My coach is sending me, my coach and 2 of our female MMA fighters, so it should be a good time.

These Dutch fighters are starting to dominate the K-1 scene.
Starting is an understatement, I know. But this year's K-1 was just amazing.

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!!! thats so cool Zax! I met Ernesto at a couple of UFC events when he was cornering Antoni Hardonk. I was thrilled just to get a photo taken with him! Must have been amazing doing a seminar with him! I take it your technique is now 'Perfect' haha!
