So I'v been looking for a grappling tournament lately that allows leg locks, but to no avail!!!  The issue comes not of allowing them in the upper belts or the advanced no-gi adult divisions, but I am still a Teen and am required to compete in that division.  Unfortunately none of the tournaments I looked at allowed even a straight ankle lock in that division where you pass your leg over the other persons knee.  Let alone toe holds, knee bars, heel hooks, calf slicers, bicep cutters, and shin locks.  Which to be honest is mainly what I have focused on in my training.  So do any of you know of a Comp in the Alabama area that allows leg locks, bicep cutters etc.?
