My MMA and BJJ coach Paul Mcveigh managed to win a gold medal in the advanced section of the Ground Control championships a couple of weeks ago. Ground control is one of the UK's biggest No-Gi championships. He won the gold with a really sweet flying armbar. Here's the clip.

Great match.  Your instructor almost caught that other guy in a rolling leg lock at the beginning too.  Thanks for the post.

Yeah, he did real good. I was impressed, He's a very technical grappler when teaching. I just thought I'd share with you guys cos I thought it was pretty cool.
