Adam Mays 27yrs. old, former Marine with background in folk wrestling since age 14. Started training bjj in 2003 under Jerry Moreno @ New Bern jiu jitsu in N.C. Competed in first MMA bout in 2004. Current MMA record 10-3-1 amateur and 2-0 pro. Currently train with team F.A.S.T. (Freestyle American Shoot Team) which is a freestlye fighting team. Actively train in various arts (wrestling, bjj, catch, judo, muay thai).

Came across this site at lockflow.com, liked it and signed up. Look forward to learning new stuff and maybe even contributing soemthing.
