Hi all, I'm Hitz from London, England. Training at the Rukthai camp out in West London, if anyone's out in that neck of the woods feel free to drop by, the website is http://www.muaythai4u.com.

Been training there for about 6 years now and absolutely love it. Just discovered Damage Control and found the vids really useful. Allowed me to get my basics right, and use some of the combinations in the sparring.

Other than that I'm an accountant at my day job (the job is boring, but I am not!) a big fan of Manchester United ('soccer'), cricket ( a game which most of you guys across the pond find very boring indeed!) and the UFC – favourite fighters are Shogun, Anderson Silva, Wanderlei Silva, José Aldo, Thiago Alves, Dan Hardy, Mike Bisping, John Hathaway, Junior Dos Santos, Jon Jones and BJ Penn.

Just wanted to say thanks to all the guys at Damage Control for the great job they're doing, I've recommended them to Ajarn Danny Kapoor over at Rukthai and he was really impressed as well!

Cheers.

Welcome to DamageControlMMA.com HitzB.  I can't say enough how much Coach Kiser and I appreciate your support.  I continue to be amazed at how warm and welcoming our friends from England and other parts of the United Kingdom have been to us.

Please make yourself at home while you're here.  Feel free to ask questions, contribute to discussions, request techniques, you name it.  We're about to start beefing up the intermediate portion of our members only area, so if you can be patient, we've got some cool Muay Thai tricks on the way.  We've got to finish up our Side Cross Escape series… which has quite a few moves left in it, and then we'll start filming for the intermediate stuff.

Thanks again for supporting us.
