Two more weeks.  Next week we have level 2 and 3 takedown defense on the mitts.  Then we'll release about 4 southpaw tips in an article with about 7 more for members only that will be released 2 a week until the series is completed.

Rambaa Somdat

rambaa started his career as a muay thai fighter and has over 200 fights

he distroyed all the japanese kick boxers in japan so he started to compete in mma.

he is currently shooto fly weight 3x defending champion(i think)  if you love muay thai fighters i highly reccomend looking at all his mma shooto fight on you tube

This is a video of Khuen Khru Bryan Popejoy. A high ranking instructor in the Thai Boxing Association.  He has increadible long knee technique.  I have learned much from him over the years, my left knee to the liver and right straight knee vs the Southpaw I owe to the method that Khuen Khru Popejoy teaches for his Long Knee.

 

Can anybody tell me how this fight got finished?

Looks like he landed an rib breaking body kick. So clever how he reached out with clinch arms so his opponent would lift his arms up too then BOOM!! Kick to the exposed body. Beautiful destruction!
