When I learn of people such as these:

I wonder if, given the same situation, I would have the courage to be the heros that they are.  911 Rescuers, Nuclear Plant Emergency Crew, those who bravely march forward when every one else is sprinting in the opposite direction.  It brings tears to my eyes to think that there are people out there who are so selfless and driven.  Who can walk, knowingly into certain doom only for the sake of doing what they can for everyone else at stake?
