Hey guys new to the forum, wanted to share a drill I did today. Im always looking for drill I can do at home to keep sharp.

I combined the wall takedown drill and sprawls. I did 3 3 min rounds. Start by working on the correct footwork and level change then back out and sprawl. I varied the drill with form and speed and on the sprawls I used flatouts and switched to left and right hip.

that's awesome Robin and welcome to the forums.  thanks so much for sharing that great drill.  My favorite part is that it incorporates functional technique along with conditioning.
