Offlinewithin the past 2 months, the class that i instruct has transitioned into a conditioning bootcamp style class that incorporates circuits and metabolic conditioning throughout. i love the approach of 45 second intervals with no rest in between. another approach i've done that seemed to work well is the 10 minute, as many rounds as possible set-up:
10 judo pushups
15 bulgarian split squats/leg (one leg elevated behind you on a bench)
15 bench dips
10 jumping jack squats
20 count of planks
repeat, repeat, repeat until 10 minutes is over
give it a try! i promise you it'll hit almost every muscle and burn in your lungs if you've never ventured to this type of training. i've gotta admit that i love this thread already! does anyone else have other conditioning/interval/circuit routines they love to hate?
