Just saw this article about my MMA coach Paul Mcveigh. Thought I'd share it with you guys. 

 

There's a bit at the start that people are commenting on about fire and animals but it's just Paul's crazy sense of humour. If you hear the tone in how he says it it sounds totally different. It may come across the wrong way in a written piece if you don't know him so I can understand people taking it the wrong context. He's a real good guy. Anyway, enjoy the article. Laughing

awsome artical, im a super slow learner and not that atheltic. people come into the gym and are just fast learners and just more athletic then me.  but just like your coach i probably train a lot more than the other guys.

He's defending his Cage Warriors Bantamweight title tonight. For someone that wasn't athletic he's came a long long way. He's extremely fit and athletic and he even had a strength and conditioning column in fighters only. His fight knowledge is incredibe. He's extremely technical. I hope he does well.
