I'm listing out the exercises here for your convenience, and to post my scores. Some excercises I did good on. Others not so much. Try it out its a KILLER!!!
Also for the excercises that require you to move one side of your body at a time, one on each side counts as one rep. Those exercises are: Knee Cross planks, sprint position lunges, and renegade rows.
1m Pushups. 90
1m. bench/box jumps 31
1m knee-cross planks 49
1m dips 41
1m sprint position lunges 38
1m burpees 20
1m leg raises/w hips 34
1m renegade rows 29
1m squat presses 15
1m outward bicep curls. 32
Total Rep count: 379
I hope to improve this score every single week!!! At least until I get above 410! Goodluck guys I almost died!
